Confidentiality first
Every engagement starts with a signed NDA, before any client system access or data changes hands.
Access controls
Team members are given the minimum access needed for their role on your account, reviewed at kickoff and at every staffing change, and revoked immediately when someone rolls off an engagement.
Data handling
Client data is processed only in the systems and locations agreed at kickoff. We don't copy client data to personal devices or unapproved tools.
Incident response
Any suspected data or security incident is escalated to your account lead and investigated immediately, with clients notified without undue delay as required by law and by the terms of the engagement.
