Delegaits is a trading name of Fern Consulting Limited ("Delegaits", "we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit this website or engage us as a client.
What we collect
Through this website, we collect only what you give us directly — your name, email address, company, and message content when you submit the contact form. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. We do not use advertising cookies. Where we're engaged to provide back-office services, any personal data processed as part of that work (e.g. payroll, HR records, customer data) is handled under the terms of a separate data processing agreement with each client, as their processor.

- To administer and deliver services under an active client agreement

Sharing your data
